Back for the Hutt St Centre Walk A Mile with Young Labor Unity! 🧡🥾
Walk a Mile in My Boots is a challenge to raise awareness and funds for people experiencing homelessness in South Australia.
We are raising crucial funds for the Hutt St Centre, which is a place of connection and safety, offering meals, laundry, and showers to those in need. With demand for these services sadly doubling since last year, your support means even more.
In 2022, I raised $1184 to support people experiencing homelessness in Adelaide. This year, I'm aiming for $1500 (!) and I need your help.
The challenge kicks off in August for National Homelessness Week, but I'm starting now. Even a $10 donation can help provide a meal 🍽️
This weekend Grace, Ulian, Nahla the doggie and I checked out Torrens parkrun. Keen to do some more soon!

This National Homelessness Week, I'll be walking a mile (or more!) to raise funds for the 7,000 people experiencing homelessness in South Australia.
All funds go to Hutt St Centre, who have been supporting people at risk of or experiencing homelessness for nearly 70 years by providing essential support and wellbeing services all in a safe, welcoming space.
