Walk A Mile In My Boots
Hutt St Centre’s Walk a Mile in My Boots event provides South Australians the opportunity to step out to show their support for people experiencing homelessness.
Join us during National Homelessness Week to show that homelessness is an important issue to you, and that no person should feel like they are walking alone.
Hutt St Centre has been supporting people experiencing homelessness for over 60 years, and without the help of people like you, could not provide the life changing, essential and professional services to help rebuild lives.
Join our Tribe
By walking one mile to understand what it’s like to wake up on a chilly winter’s morning and look for something to eat, a hot cup of tea or coffee, and a friendly face, you are showing people experiencing homelessness that you care.
Go The Extra Mile
By Going the Extra Mile and fundraising in the lead up to the event, you will have a direct impact on people experiencing homelessness.
Your support will ensure a warm and welcoming space to access essential services will be available, where people can begin to rebuild their lives.
By fundraising for Hutt St Centre you’re having a direct impact on the lives of people experiencing homelessness in our community, and ensuring the essential services accessed through Hutt St Centre can continue to run.
Thank you for 10 years of support
Because of South Australians’ support for Walk a Mile in My Boots over the last 10 years, we have been able to keep our Day Centre doors open to provide essential and professional services to enable people experiencing homelessness to rebuild their lives.
