Walk a Mile in My Boots: National Homelessness Week Fundraiser
This week marks National Homelessness Week, and I am personally fundraising through "Walk a Mile in My Boots" to support those experiencing homelessness. This event is a heartfelt initiative to raise awareness and funds that go directly to providing essential services like meals, shelter, health programs, and employment support for those doing it tough. By participating in this walk, I'm stepping into the shoes of those facing these daily challenges, and I invite you to join me in making a tangible difference. This National Homelessness Week, I'll be walking a mile (or more!) to raise funds for the 7,000 people experiencing homelessness in South Australia.
All funds go to Hutt St Centre, who have been supporting people at risk of or experiencing homelessness for nearly 70 years by providing essential support and wellbeing services all in a safe, welcoming space.
