Held during National Homelessness Week, we Walk a Mile in My Boots to experience just how challenging winter mornings can be.
The good news is that anyone, anywhere can particpate in the challenge and show their support and raise funds for people experiencing homelessness in South Australia.
Here's how it works:
Sign up to Walk a Mile in My Boots:
Choose the distance you want to talk and set up your Fundraising Page. You can go solo or create or join a team if you'd like to do it with friends or family
Spread the Word:
Let everyone know about your Walk and how they can support you
Put your Boots on:
Walk a mile (or more) during National Homelessness Week.
It’s easy to take part. You can register as an Individual and invite your friends, family or colleagues to join you while adhering to social distancing. It’s easy, you just sign up, set your fundraising goal and target miles and show your solidarity within your local community during National Homelessness Week.
You also have the option to Create a Team and create team fundraising and miles goals. All you need is a Team Captain then just invite your friends, family or colleagues to join you.
